At Move Real Estate we welcome everybody. We aim at creating an inclusive environment to make finding a home a pleasant experience.

Why inclusive real estate?

The company was created by Kirsten van der Stelt in 2021. After years of buying and selling real estate they felt there was not enough attention given to clients to provide an inclusive and safe environment. Move Real Estate breaks with this tradition and will assist both buyers and sellers from an inclusive perspective. Meaning, everybody is welcome and we understand different household situations, gender identities, personal abilities and cultural differences and needs. As an queer agent Kirsten aims at thinking along with your needs.

Buying in Rotterdam

The Rotterdam housing market knows turbulent times. It has become difficult, for especially starters, to find their first home.

Move Real Estate takes the time to get to known their clients and understand their needs. Based on those needs we create a plan to find the most suitable home.

We do this by having an extensive introductory meeting where the client’s wishes will be discussed. Furthermore, if needed, we have a visual brainstorm by making comparisons between different types of houses, areas and styles. Mapping out the desires before scheduling visits.

Move helps you to find your dream home in Portugal

Like many others, I fell in love with Portugal and especially the Western Algarve. I purchased my first house in 2018 and created a network of people who have assisted me in buying and renting out houses in Portugal. We use the traditional house as our second home, artist in residency and Airbnb. If you need help in finding a suitable home, arrange a renovation or find a suitable rental property, I can assist you.
